Türkiye Card

With Türkiye Card Project, which has grown under the PTT umbrella to meet these needs, "Türkiye Card" product, which is valid nationwide and easily accessible thanks to its widespread sales network, has been developed for people using public transportation. In provinces that have signed agreements with Türkiye Card, individuals using urban public transportation will be able to trip and also carry out banking transactions with a single card without having to acquire a new payment instrument. Thanks to PTT's widespread workplace network and alternative transaction channels, both card products and product-related transactions are easily accessible. Via the mobile application, transportation and online balance loading transactions to Türkiye Card can be performed easily.

Debit – Named Türkiye Card
A type of Debit card that can be personalized and printed upon application at PTT offices. The cards processed and printed by PTT and Türkiye Card system are sent to the customer's address by mail.
- Turkish citizens and foreign citizens can apply for the Named Debit cards. Each account is allowed to have only one active Debit Türkiye Card.
Debit – Anonymous Türkiye Card
It is a type of Debit card that is the anonymous version of Türkiye Card and that is available at PTT offices and is given to customers right away. Card activation is carried out by matching credentials of the customer and card information via PTT systems. This information is kept in the database without customer information being written on the physical card. Anonymous Debit cards are delivered to customers immediately with their Türkiye Card and account features activated.
- Turkish citizens and foreign citizens can apply for the Anonymous Debit cards. Users can only have one active Debit Türkiye Card per account.
Prepaid – Named Türkiye Card
It is a type of Türkiye Card with Prepaid features that can be personalized and printed upon application made through the Türkiye Card Website. The cards processed and printed by PTT and Türkiye Card system are sent to the customer's address by mail. These cards can be used with privilege by students, teachers, members of the press and people aged 65 and over, based on data obtained from the Ministry of National Education, the Council of Higher Education and the Presidential Communications Office. In addition, within the scope of integration with the Ministry of Family and Social Services, privileges will be provided to the disabled and relatives of martyrs and veterans.
- Additionally, with the checks made based on the Turkish Republic Identity Number (TCKN), customers are not allowed to apply for more than one Named Prepaid Türkiye Card.
Prepaid – Anonymous Türkiye Card
The anonymous Prepaid version of Türkiye Card is a type of prepaid card that is readily available at PTT offices and kiosks operated by PTT and is given to customers right away. These cards can be issued to Turkish citizens and foreign citizens. Card limits are subject to the limits determined within the framework of MASAK (Financial Crimes Investigation Board) regulations.

Schemaless (Transportation) Türkiye Card
It is a type of Türkiye Card that can be used in the transportation sector as a closed loop. Card limits are subject to the limits determined within the framework of MASAK (Financial Crimes Investigation Board) regulations.
- The card must be personalized for the limit increase request.
Digital Türkiye Card
Applications for the Digital Türkiye Card can be made via the Türkiye Card mobile application, and balance loading and spending transactions to the card can be carried out.
