Türkiye Kart APPLICATION

How to Apply?

  1. 1Log in to the Online Transactions menu on the website. If you don’t have an account, click on Sign Up and create one.
  2. 2In the left menu of the website, click Card Application.
  3. 3Select Apply.
  4. 4Choose the card type you want. (MEB Students, YÖK Students, Teachers, 65+ Seniors, Press Card Holders, etc.)
  1. 5Based on the selected card type, your eligibility will be checked through relevant web services. If you are eligible, your card application will be submitted.
  2. 6Enter your address and payment details.
  3. 7Confirm the transaction via Bank 3D Secure. After confirmation, your TRKart application will be completed.

DISCOUNTED Türkiye Kart

  • For Students: Students can obtain the TR Card if they are enrolled in formal education institutions (primary, secondary, or higher education) as stated in the relevant laws (Law No. 5580 and Law No. 2547).

    Applicants in the MEB and YOK database will be able to apply for a privileged card on behalf of themselves and their first-degree relatives (Mother, Father, Sibling, Spouse, and Child) as a result of the NVI query.

  • For Teachers: Teachers working under the Ministry of National Education (MEB) or those employed under Law No. 657 can obtain discounted cards.

    Applications can be made based on verification through the MEB and Population and Citizenship Affairs (NVI) web services.

  • For 65+ Seniors: People aged 65 and over can obtain a <b>Free Travel Card</b> according to Article 5 of the Free or Discounted Travel Cards Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 4 March 2014.

    Applications can be made based on verification through the NVI web services. Following the NVI query, individuals can apply for privileged cards on behalf of themselves and their first-degree relatives (mother, father, sibling, spouse, and child).

  • For Press Card Holders: Press members who hold an official press card issued under the <b>Press Card Regulation</b> (published in the Official Gazette No. 27307, 2009/27030) can apply for a discounted press card.

    As a result of the enquiry, Applications can be made based on verification through the NVI web services on behalf of first degree relatives (Mother, Father, Sibling, Spouse and Child).
